How to pitch, treat, bid to win jobs and get your creative contribution properly compensated.
5: Negotiate Like A Corleone
A master class in negotiation based on five scenes from The Godfather.
What to expect
The workshops are part lecture, part interactive, and are best applied in person though they can always be delivered via video conferencing.
They are meant primarily for your company’s key stakeholders but two of the workshops will also provide benefit to some of your day-to-day players.
Prior to the workshops, there are a series of conversations meant to uncover key information to accelerate learning during the workshops.
After the workshops, you will receive a SOAR Report: Summary of Observations, Actions & Recommendations.
There is also an option for additional coaching, advice and special projects.

He has worked on over three dozen Super Bowl ads, won dozens and dozens of awards, and was even on the national board of AICP, just to confuse all of these initials.

A little about me...

I have worked in advertising for 30+ years, with half my time spent working at agencies and the other half at production companies. Most recently I was the director of integrated production and management team member at FCB NY, during its unprecedented growth and award show success. I’ve also been an integral growth agent at production companies like The Mill, which tripled its revenue during my tenure as EP, Director of Business Development. I’ve won every major industry award including dozens of Cannes Lions, including the coveted Titanium Lion; an Emmy; Gold Pencils at The One Club and D&AD; Effies; Clios; LIA awards; AICP awards including The Next Award Grand Prix three times; and even an Addy as a copywriter. I began as an editor and worked as a director (including a feature length award winning documentary) before turning to producing. I am, in fact, an advertising brat with a father who was a Mad Men era advertising legend who taught me my craft at the kitchen table and took me to my first Lions Festival at the age of eight.

A few kind words...

I have been approached by numerous people over the years who offered what Adam was offering.
